Expat Harem Editor Contributes to "Voice of Global Nomads"
Expat Harem editor Anastasia Ashman adds her voice to, a new social network and online magazine on global culture and economics which calls itself the Voice of Global Nomads. Named after its founder Janera Soerel, a Caribbean-born polyglot investment banker, the community hosts Global Nomad Salons around the world for young, urban, educated and culturally mixed and uprooted people to discuss the issues of their lives. The magazine’s second edition is now live and features Anastasia’s essay “The Accidental Anthologist in Istanbul” about her experience as a reluctant expatriate who taps into the worldwide network of foreign national women whose lives have been touched by Turkey.
